“Terms and Conditions”

GIA – Grupo de Inversores Argentina and/or legal representative Patricio Alejandro Sapienza, CUIT (Unique Tax Identification Code) 23-43445275-9, with fiscal address at Av. Adolfo Alsina 562, Floor 6, Office 602, Banfield, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Postal Code 1827. Hereinafter as “The Company” agrees to these “terms and conditions” which constitute an agreement for anyone who visits, registers, enters and/or uses the website “www.grupoinversoresargentina.com”, service channels on social networks and others; and hereinafter as “User” and/or “Visitor” they demonstrate compliance.


1. THE COMPANY

A. The Company undertakes to act towards the User and/or Visitor in a loyal, diligent, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the services marketed, in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory provisions.

B. The Company undertakes to inform the User and/or Visitor in a truthful, objective, adequate, complete and precise manner about the operation of the services it sells, in order to facilitate the selection of the service that, in the opinion of the User and/or Visitor, best suits their needs.

C. The Company undertakes, in the contracts entered into with its users and/or visitors, that the clauses will be drafted in a clear and accessible manner, so as to facilitate the execution and interpretation of the contracts and adequately harmonize with the interests of the parties.

D. The Company undertakes to execute the commitments assumed in the contracts with professionalism, good faith, diligence, loyalty and probity.

E. The Company states that the lines and channels of attention for any query you wish to make are: in person, in writing, by telephone or online.

F. The Company undertakes to address complaints promptly, according to the circumstances of the case. If you wish to file a complaint, you may do so in person, by phone, or by email.


2. USER AND/OR VISITOR

A. Users and/or visitors of Argentine nationality must meet the following requirements in order to contract one or more of the services marketed, these are:

I. Be a native or naturalized Argentine.

II. Be over eighteen (18) years of age.

III. User and/or visitor declares that he/she resides within the Argentine Republic for the purposes of his/her registration.

IV. Have a wallet that allows you to make transactions with enabled cryptocurrencies.

V. Have an account in Argentine pesos and/or US dollars in a banking institution.

B. Users and/or visitors of foreign nationality must meet the following requirements in order to contract one or more of the services marketed, these are:

I. Be over eighteen (18) years of age or of legal age in your country of nationality or residence.

II. Users and/or visitors demonstrate through their national identity card or document that they are nationals of one of the following countries: Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Mexico, the United States of America, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.

III. If the user and/or visitor does not prove nationality from one of the countries mentioned in the previous section, the application will be immediately rejected.

IV. Have a wallet (virtual wallet) that allows you to make transactions with enabled cryptocurrencies


3. SERVICES

A. The services marketed on this site are registered as sole proprietorships with the AFIP (Federal Administration of Public Revenue). This agency declares that the User and/or Visitor may access our "fund management services for a fee or contract," identified with the agency under code "663000." See the registration certificate on the website: "https://seti.afip.gob.ar/padron-puc-constancia-internet/ConsultaConstanciaAction.do" and enter your CUIT (Tax ID Number) and a security code.

B. The services offered on this site may be accessed at any time from the website's main menu. Options may be modified without prior notice and will apply to new contracts.


4. REGISTRATION

A. Users and/or visitors will register or sign up for an account at “https://www.grupoinversoresargentina.com/internacional” by completing all fields correctly and matching their ID card or national identity document information.

B. Users and/or visitors must sign a contract per person or account. Once accredited, they will be granted access to the system to manage the account services.

C. Users and/or visitors must use their email address and password created initially each time they log in to use the services of their account.

D. Users and/or visitors are prohibited from sharing or displaying their account with third parties. Access is personal, private, and non-transferable. Security mechanisms allow the company to detect and record where and with what device any account access is made. Fraudulent or suspicious activity authorizes the company to temporarily or permanently suspend access to the services.

E. The company must maintain, control and update the site's security mechanisms to ensure the integrity and protection of user and/or visitor data.


5. LEGAL

A. The company expressly states that it is not authorized and/or licensed by the BCRA (Central Bank of the Argentine Republic) or the CNV (National Securities Commission). Therefore, the contracting of the services marketed will be supported by mutually agreed-upon legal documents under the service(s) contracted by the user and/or visitor. Any transactions carried out with users and/or visitors fall outside the jurisdiction or authority of the aforementioned bodies.

B. Operations carried out with cryptocurrencies within the framework of “Law No. 21,526 on Financial Entities of the Argentine Republic” do not establish regulations; they are decentralized and, due to the issuance process, cannot be regulated by a state agency.

C. The execution of the account contract may be carried out before the competent authority accompanied by a lawyer.


6. CONTRACT AND WARRANTIES

A. The company will issue a contract per person and account, setting out the terms and conditions, operational clauses, and regulations for the use of the contracted service. Breach of the contract by either party may result in early termination.

B. The company and the user/visitor have a maximum of three business days to verify their signature on the documents. Once this period expires, the contract will be terminated and the account will be closed.

C. The company issues a guarantee within the contract that demonstrates compliance between the parties. Guarantees are not always the same in all contracts; they are established according to the contracted service and its conditions.


7. RISK WARNING

A. Cryptocurrency trading is driven by market supply and demand, so it doesn't always represent stability. On the contrary, it tends to be highly volatile, and holding it can result in partial or total losses. It's recommended to be knowledgeable before trading assets of this nature.

B. “Stablecoins” are digital assets linked to values such as the US dollar, which, unlike cryptocurrencies, tend to be stable and pegged to different currencies.
