Health, Safety and Hygiene at Work (HSH) Policy
At Grupo de Inversores Argentina, we are committed to managing and protecting the Occupational Health, Safety, and Hygiene (OHSH) of our staff, providing safe and healthy working conditions, preventing potential work-related injuries or health problems, and considering risks and opportunities to achieve continuous improvement in OHSH.
Therefore, we define this SHSHT Policy as the basis for conducting our activities safely, assessing and managing the risks of our processes and operations, and creating the conditions to comply with regulatory requirements and those of all stakeholders.

Protect life, preserve and maintain the psychophysical integrity of workers.
Eliminate hazards and reduce risks to occupational health and safety. Encourage and develop a positive attitude toward preventing occupational accidents and illnesses.
Comply with current legal regulations on Health, Safety and Hygiene at work and with other requirements to which the Company subscribes.
Implement fluid communication channels with stakeholders to disseminate this policy, ensure its implementation, and promote ongoing participation, in order to ensure compliance with the intended objectives.
Comply with the policies and procedures of G.I.A. & Selecta, seeking continuous improvement in its processes and activities.
Provide the necessary resources to develop and implement staff training programs in Occupational Health, Safety and Hygiene .

All risks to the Company's Health, Safety and Hygiene at Work can be avoided, prevented or controlled.
Compliance with this Policy is the primary responsibility of everyone in the Company.
All facility, process, construction, service, and product projects must adopt the safest, most appropriate, and most eco-efficient designs and technologies available to ensure health care, minimize the risk of accidents and environmental impacts, and ensure optimal conditions in the work environment and for all facilities or workstations.
It is essential to train and motivate staff, investors, partners, and clients in SHT practices, promoting participation, involvement, and commitment to workplace accident prevention and environmental protection.
